Second Beach in Middletown, RI inspired this wet-on-wet seascape painting. As the temperature dropped, the skies darkened and the clouds filled up. Luckily the storm passed by without a raindrop. There have been many Mid-August days, however, when the casual summer beach-goer has not been quite as lucky.
